Join Us for the Next Stops on the Black History Month Pilgrimage!
Dear Parish Family,
The first stop of our Black History Month Pilgrimage on Feb. 2 at St. Joseph and St. Boniface was truly a beautiful and spirit-filled experience! We are excited to continue this journey and hope you can join us for the next stop:
Holy Rosary Church – 1510 Adee Ave., Bronx
Sunday, February 9
Mass Time: 1:00 PM
Holy Rosary has a large sanctuary, ensuring everyone can worship together comfortably. After Mass, there will be an opportunity for hospitality and fellowship in their auditorium—a wonderful chance to connect with fellow pilgrims!
As we continue this pilgrimage during the Jubilee Year of Hope, declared by Pope Francis, we are reminded that this is a time to walk together in faith, open our hearts to renewal, and become signs of God’s love and mercy in the world. Let us take this journey together, deepening our faith and strengthening our community.
We also want to remind everyone that the following stop on the pilgrimage will be right here at Saint Charles on Sunday, February 16! This is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends, family, and neighbors from Harlem and beyond to join us in prayer, celebration, and fellowship. Let’s extend a warm welcome and make this a truly joyful gathering.
We encourage everyone to come out and be part of this sacred journey. Let’s continue to celebrate our faith, our history, and our future—together!
Blessings,
Fr Willem Klaver
